Owner's Policy Insurance

The following original rate applies for standard owner’s policies including the Standard Residential Plain Language Owner’s Policy and is also the applicable original rate for the United States of America Owner’s Policy.

Rates shown are per thousand or any fraction thereof:

  • Up to $150,000 of liability written: $5.75
  • Over $150,000 and up to $250,000 add $4.50
  • Over $250,000 and up to $500,000 add $3.50
  • Over $500,000 and up to $10,000,000 add $2.75
  • Over $10,000,000 add $2.25

Minimum premium: $175.00

Loan Policy Insurance

The following original rate applies for conventional or short form loan policies whether the policy covers a first mortgage or a mortgage other than a first mortgage.

Rates shown are per thousand or any fraction thereof:

  • Up to $150,000 of liability written $4.00
  • Over $150,000 and up to $250,000 add $3.35
  • Over $250,000 and up to $500,000 add $2.50
  • Over $500,000 and up to $10,000,000 add $2.25
  • Over $10,000,000 add $2.00

Minimum premium: $125.00

Rates

  • Buyer Settlement Fee: $400
  • Buyer Wire Fee: $20
  • Seller Settlement Fee: $150
  • Seller Wire Fee: $20
  • Separate Signing Fee: $125
  • Contract Closing Fee: $150

THERE WILL BE A $750 FEE ASSESSED TO BUYERS FOR CASH TRANSACTIONS WITHOUT OWNER'S TITLE INSURANCE.

  • EPL Endorsement: $75
  • ARM Endorsement: $75
  • PUD or Condo Endorsement: $50
  • Survey Endorsement: $50
  • Comprehensive Endorsement: $150

All recording fees are determined upon a per-page basis ($28.00 for the first two pages and $8.00 for each additional page)
